Note: Some projects may require a pre-audit to ascertain the project scope to allow a quotation. Also if we need to collect images from your digital devices, it will incur a cost.

3. Flexible Options

- Options to work in stages

- Service packages you can purchase in advance

4. Getting Started

Once you're happy with the proposal:

- Sign an agreement

- Pay a deposit

- We'll get to work!

5. Regular Updates

When we're done, you'll receive:

- Any necessary documentation (like user guides or backup procedures)

  • Organising a lifetime of memories can be a time-consuming task. The time needed depends on your goals.

    We can work in phases to fit your schedule and budget.

  • We can return your organised images via:

    • USB drive

    • External hard drive

    • Cloud services (temporary or permanent)

    The client is responsible for the cost of the external hard drive and cloud services.

    • We return all physical media to you

    • We keep digital copies for 12 months post-project as a backup
